I wouldn't take my children anywhere else! The ladies at the front desk are sweetest! Everyone is always smiling and very friendly to all there patients!
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Libbey and his staff. He is one of the most patient people I have ever met. He put up with my questions, concerns and tears and treated me with utmost respect and dignity throughout the long and drawn out process. His attention to detail and insistence on excellence is the reason my teeth look so perfect today.
The front desk staff is top notch, simply great people. 1 sentiment to describe them, is sincere. They also do their job with relentless dedication, and seldom will you hear a complaint. These are happy individuals within their field, which makes a tremendous difference. The Hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very knowledgeable, took her time and had "positive vibes". She was a friendly, professional, nice person. There was not a coarse, or rough moment throughout the entire experience, from start to finish. And my appointment lasted close to 2 hours.
His staff is also amazing. Kerri makes me feel welcome every time I come in the door. Heather, his assistant, does everything she can to make me feel comfortable. Janet is the best hygienist ever. She is caring and methodical, which I really appreciate. Dr. Annie Libbey always pops in to see how I’m doing and has even held my hand during some of the procedures.
I became a frequent flyer over the past two years at Libbey Family Dentistry where I found out I would need a bone graft, implant insertions and a crown lengthening procedure. Dr. Chris Libbey worked seamlessly with the dental surgeon to have these procedures done properly. Between each surgery, Dr. Libbey created temporary partials and crowns for me each and every time. Finally, after all the surgeries were done, he put in my final external implants, crown and veneers, which now look incredible.
Chris was exceptional - very centered, very steady, clear minded, aware and pleasant to be around. He is a good communicator, which to me is essential in the dentistry realm. Again, having dentist anxiety, fears and concerns, due to a number of health reasons and past experiences, his attitude, personality and approach boded very well in my book. He was also very professional, intelligent and experienced. I couldn’t ask for much more. I feel a good word to describe him & Annie - and the rest of the staff, is trust. He was also balanced, listened extremely well, treated me great as a customer (with decency, courtesy and respect), and continually addressed my questions and concerns about the procedure taking place, and potential future ones. I felt like we worked together well, for the best answers, perspectives and solutions, while at the same time he gave me plenty of space, room and understanding for my concerns and quirks related to needles and such. This type of benign treatment helped to alleviate many of my core issues related to realistic health problems, anxiety and a residual impression from a past dental experience.
Outstanding, higher level Dental Practice! I was extremely impressed and pleased with my appointment and visit. The staff is wonderful - truly friendly, down to earth, kind people. Having come from a place of "dentist anxiety" and some poor/negative experiences in the past, I was very happy with their level of care, attention, focus, and again - compassion & kindness. These are very good folks, and I felt safe in their hands. I was not pushed at all throughout the experience, instead I was treated with patience, understanding and respect. I felt on a similar wavelength with the staff, without the usual communication blocks and breakdowns so common in today's fast paced lifestyle and world, which greatly helped make the experience a good one. This was genuinely valued & I have to admit, it was even enjoyable : )
The atmosphere of the Practice itself is very tasteful, beautifully designed and helps produce an aesthetic environment. I tend to tune into and pick up on these types of elements, so this further helped relax and calm my tense nerves. The technology, space, decoration and equipment itself is purely high quality and very, very nice. The combination of excellent equipment, with high quality professionals (and as individuals), was a positive one. I cant really imagine a more ideal balance.
Absolutely the best dental practice in all regards. The care received here far exceeds all I have had any where else. Dr. Libbey (both of them) stay up to date on the latest techniques and research in dental treatment. The staff have all been wonderful every time I, or my children, have had an appointment.
I highly recommend Libbey Family Dentistry to everyone I talk to. They are simply the best. They have taken my gripping phobia of dentists and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They made my teeth and my smile better than I ever could have hoped for.
Therefore, this all helped to create a surprisingly great experience. I would absolutely recommend them and give them 5 Stars without any hesitation. Furthermore, I am extremely grateful and happy to have met them and hold a place for them in my heart! While I am still nervous towards needles, procedures, etc. I think and believe I finally have found a place where I genuinely feel at ease and even lightly inspired, which I never thought I would say in regards to a dentist practice!
