Slow service. Better for take out. Food well prepared.
First off I'll give the food 5 stars! I'm only giving 3 here because when we came in for lunch the only booth open was filthy. The table and the seat. I have to clean it myself. Then i noticed there were no high chairs or booster seats. I have toddler twins. I need high chairs. Then I ordered and waited. Our food was made to order. I was so hungry by the time our food arrived. I go to eat my sandwich and it was totally wrong. It was rang in correct but I was made an entirely different sandwich. They did remake me a new sandwich, apologized, and gave me a gift certificate to get as free sandwich. I know they are new and still getting the kinks worked out. And although my first trip wasn't the best, I will be a repeat customer in the near future. Excellent pizza and subs!
We have been a loyal Upper Crust family for years but after hearing from multiple people that we needed to try Marco's Pizza, we decided to and I'm glad we did. We all loved the pizza! I'm not sure it's going to replace Upper Crust completely but it'll definitely be a strong consideration the next time I need to pick up pizza on the way home!
Fantastic pizza. The quality of the ingredients is clearly evident in the presentation and taste. Likewise, their Steak and Cheese Bruno is absolutely the best sub I’ve ever eaten!
Went in today for the first time and ordered a couple pizzas and a sub. There was an issue with one of the pizzas that bubbled up in the oven and got ruined so it was being made over which delayed about 10 minutes but no big deal that stuff happens once in a while. Well we got our pizzas and were on our way home which is roughly 30 minutes away. When we got home we noticed the white pizza wasnt white and had marinara on it. The reason it was white was because of a tomato allergy. I was kinda upset and gave them a call. Immediately the manager took responsibility and took action to make it right. I was blown away by the level of customer service today. Even while i waited i watched this gentlemen and he constantly checked on people to make sure everything was ok. You could see he enjoyed his job and just put out a positive vibe. You have earned a life long customer. The pizza i had was great. The only thing i can honestly say i would change is the mushrooms. Get rid of canned and go fresh and the pizza will be as great as the service!!!
