We reserved a small storage unit online after researching several different storage locations. We chose AAAA because of the location and price and competitive pricing. I believe that was now a mistake. Our storage unit was $52/month. Upon check-in we were charged an "administrative fee" of $24.00. That is a half a month of storage! Upon receiving our first statement (which was automatically charged to our credit card), we noticed we were charged $52/month PLUS a $9 protection fee. To my knowledge these fees are not disclosed on the website when you make the reservation. In all, we would have chosen a different storage facility based on cost. I am disappointed in this deception. Choose wisely.
Good clean units. Really like the locked access gates and easy entry and exit from this location vs others in the greater Lynchburg area.
