I definately recommend Adam Hopkins to any one buying a house!! He's very professional and seems like a very genuine, honest man. He's even truthful about things you might not want to hear---But at least he won't tell you something just to have you buy the house.... He really wants to make us happy--- And I am!
When buying my first home I was a little unsure as to which agent to work with. My friends had told me some awful stories about their "part time" realtors who wouldn't call them back or they would call sooooo much almost pressuring you to buy a house that you didn't want.
We first met Adam through an online listing for a home that was for rent in Lynchburg. As we were pressed for time in our quick relocation he was extremely helpful in helping us through the process. I had heard some really positive things about The Hopkins Real Estate Group so I went to their website to check out some houses. That same day he gave me a courtesy call to make sure I found everything I needed and answered many questions that I had. Adam is the broker and has been in the business for a while and REALLY knows alot about the current market.

I purchased my first home!!! I knew nothing about real estate and he walked me through it step by step so I had no confusions. Tacky. They put their "For Sale" signs up over other brokers listings when the new owner moves in. Bizarre. Unethical?
